Islamic Culture Office
Islamic Azad University is not a merely scientific institution. This University aims a cultural mission in addition to its scientific responsibilities; and it works out hard to improve the religious culture among the students.
Islamic Culture Office includes Sisters' Islamic Culture Office and Quran & Itrat located in the main building's first floor, and specific library of Culture Office on the ground floor of Al-Zahra mosque, as well as Narges Cultural Products, which provides diverse programs to enhance Islamic and Iranian culture. Some of these programs include: holding congregational prayer, setting up touring & pilgrimage camps, holding several culture and art festivals, setting up Umrah Hajj for students, specific Quran programs, students' roundtables and question-answer meetings, holding ceremonies (at holydays, Eves, mortalities, and especially Ramadan-Al-Mubarak), organizing competitions on Quran, Nahj, Sajjadyah Scriptures, Religious sentences, and …., and holding national and religious ceremonies, participating in parades, organizing extracurricular courses, forming anthem and theater bands, and publishing students publications and several special issues.
Quran & Itrat Center
From the honors of Islamic Azad University is the establishment of a majestic and continuous movement in the case of Quran & Itrat, which invites the country's faithful young to be more familiar with Quran and Itrat with planning and organizing several relevant programs.
Holding nationwide Quran & Itrat competitions for universities' students, the alumni, and seminary students in both written and oral forms, organizing Quran competitions for professors, and holding student competitions in written and oral modes, religious art & literature, research, and also organizing Quran-Al-Karim intimacy circles, as well as other activities are only parts of Quran & Itrat responsibilities.
Public Relations Office
"Public Relations" is considered as the eighth art and the 20th century achievement. PR is one of the factors, which has an effective and significant influence on the fate of every institution, group, and individual; and help them to achieve their goals. In fact, it causes the relationship quality for them in their associations with other institutions and individuals as well as with public thoughts of the society in which they live and/or work. Indeed, the more this relationship is established and developed effectively, the more the individual, group, or institution will be successful in realizing its goals. Now, it is widely accepted that PR is a main principle of management area; and the fact is agreed that people and organizations need goodness of relationships and mutual comprehension as well as developed understanding each other and the public to achieve their objectives easier and more appropriate.
A number of PR activities in this university include:
- Preparing news from the University activities and publishing them in several news agencies and on the press.
- Organizing fairs and introducing the University's achievements and performance to the public.
- Coordinating and holding the meetings of the University's board of directors with senior official authorities.
- Cooperation with other departments of the University in implementing and holding conferences, seminars, celebrations, and ceremonies.
- Preparing films and photos from all held ceremonies at the University, and publishing them in the media and press; as well as archiving them.
- Constructing a relationship bridge between students, professors, and staff, and transmitting their suggestions and feedbacks to the University's Management team.

An essential need of the human and societies has been the security and comfort sense anytime; and the feeling of tranquility is one of God's blessings. The real security and guarding a system depends on all honest members' participation. And by the cooperation of young and elite personnel, a secure and hale environment is formed far out from concerns; and this will protect the system against the threats and dangers.
Unfortunately, sometimes there is a misconception of Safeguarding Department, and some people do not realize it from enforcement, physical guarding, or disciplinary committee. Indeed, Safeguarding Department is a supervision complex which monitors the performance of all organization's members and tries to establish security and health as well as to keep the organization's achievements and values as an honest consultant for the superior managers. Therefore, every person can be in relation and interaction with Safeguarding Department effectively to enhance the University's hale, and raise any issues with the department's authorities in all fields including: education, research, culture, or about professors, authorities, staff, and etc. Surely, the authorities of the department will cooperate in commitment to form a healthy environment which is calm and without problems and issues.

Technical & Development Affairs Department
The activities of this department are divided into three parts including: construction, buildings maintenance, and installations maintenance and fixtures. At now, the area of the University lands is about 254,700 M2, and the area of constructed sites is approximately 28,000 M2.
In this department, most of the activities have been in the physical section so that the authorities try hard to add needed lands and buildings to the main site of the University. Now, the student dormitory is under construction with the area of 6280 M2 which is predicted to be finished at the end of the year.
